Usually pretty quick about getting your order out. The pizzas really good although they could cut it a little better. And with... the heart attack style pizza they should definitely hand out napkins and maybe package it better because it seaps through thebox and the grease is hot. Wouldn't recommend setting it in your lap. But the service is helpful and fast. Read more

Ordered a cheese pizza. Bottom of pizza dirty and onions cooked into crust. The rim of the pizza has green peppers cooked into... the pizza. Funny thing is this was a problem before and I said something but was brushed off. Stopped going for a long timebut thought I would try again to get a fast supper. This is my last time at this location, period. Nasty and if you getmystery vegetables all over a cheese pizza that means there are cross contaminated ingredients in the cheese or dirty hands/gloves and pans. Shameful! I hate complaining but after several times of long wait times and such, today took the cake. Waited 20 minutes, not an issue, I... will wait for hot food. What is an issue is waiting 20 minutes and then getting a luke warm pizza and cold bread sticks becauseit was originally someone else's order. If I have to go home and reheat my food I'll just cook my own pizza next time. Read more
So much for hot and ready. This place never has a hot and ready and it?s always going to be 20 minutes or more. I?m done with... this store. Everytime I've gone here for a hot and ready they have none... one time I was told after a certain time they stop makingthm,... Okay that's understandable but for me to come at lunch time,11:30... and there not be any pizzas ready what so ever isridiculous!! When I ask how long I'm told 15 to 20 minutes by then my lunch break would be over. Read more
The place is managed and staffed with teenagers. Ordered specialty pizzas, paid $8.25 each and both pizzas came out burnt. Never... have hot and ready pizzas. This place is a disappointment. Trust me, go somewhere else or you will be waiting 15-20 minutes andorder may still be wrong. Read more
Ordered online and accidentally put in the wrong time for pickup. I called the store and they assured me they would push back... the order until I finished work. 20 minutes later my order was ready. Not a great experience with a big order. Read more
