So many times this has happened so I?m finally making a review. They NEVER get your order right or something is ALWAYS missing... from the bag. Make sure before you even leave the window you have every item you paid for AND they are actually correct. No onehere can read or check a bag apparently 0/10 ???????????????????????????????? I ordered breakfast in the morning on the app, arrived at 10:15am and waited in line for 15 minutes. instead of honoring my... order they said they couldn?t make it because they had just stopped serving breakfast. i told them i had been waiting in theirdrive thru line since before they ended breakfast with my order in their system and i asked them nicely if they could pleasehonor the order, but they wouldn?t do it. Now i?m stuck in the drive thru still waiting to find another breakfast spot before a20 hour road trip and when i asked them to cancel the order the cashier yelled ?BYE? and shut off the mic. what i did to makeher act that way is beyond me, but at least I can review the places that give inexplicably terrible service and trust karma tosort out the rest. i worked at mcdonald?s for a year, i know how stressful it can be, but to take it out on your customers isridiculous. This experience was actually kind of ridiculous. I've never been asked if I had wanted a plain burger like how I marked the... burger plain in the app order, like wait what how did this get confused? But the best one was that I ordered the cheese danishwhatever and had made the choice through the app to have it warmed, right I mean as one does I thought. The person with meordered a blueberry muffin I believe which you don't have warmed up or have the option to but when we received our orders herblueberry muffin was warmed up and my cheese changed was not..... My wife and I were on our way to what turned out to be a day from hell in the Smokies and stopped in here. This turned out to be... the best experience of the whole day. The staff was patient and friendly, very professional. The food reminded me of how it waswhen I was growing up. It was hot and fresh and tasty and filled us up. I would have given 0 stars if I could. Plenty of employees but no service. The young man cleaning the floor did stop what he... was doing long enough to tell the couple in front of me that he would get their order when he got time. (Really!!!) Took forever to get the whole order had to ask twice for the milk that came with the happy meal. I will NOT be back!!! Read more

Usually pretty accurate about getting your order right and if they mess it up they will fix it. Most of them are pretty... friendly. It's fast food so I mean ya can't really complain too much. Read more
