Let me start off by saying many years ago I managed a cooperative McDonalds. This is a franchise and it shows. First, not a... single employee was dressed in uniform. Yes it was Halloween but those not in costume were in everyday clothes that do notrepresent McDonald?s at all. Lobby was somewhat clean. Even through there was an employee in the lobby, he mainly wonderedback and forth or sat in a chair playing on his phone. The tables needed cleaned, the floor swept & the doors and windows werefilthy. The food: McRibs, Fries and a Quarter Pounder. McRibs (3) were flavorless and rubbery. This is due to them beingcooked, held in the warmer and not warmed in the sauce, which gives flavor and keeps them tender. Fries were ordered with nosalt and extra crispy. They came out wimpy. Fries were not frozen when dropped, oil temp was not correct and likely pulled tooearly, so not cooked long enough. And the Quarter Pounder? When bitten into, the meat Crunched! Can you say over cooked?!?! Itook it up and asked for a new one. I got it after ?cooking a new one?. Bit into it and it was still burned and this time veryover seasoned. Went back and was told a manager would make it. They brought it out and it was edible. Still over cookedthough. The temperature and/or timing to cook on the ?clam shell? is off a lot or they have the wrong item selected tocook. VERY disappointing!!! My Mother (who the QP was for) said she will go to Chick-fil-A for sandwiches from now on. Read more
I've always loved McDonald's as my favorite place to eat since a kid. Most of the time the food is great. But lately I've had a... couple of orders that's hasn't been made correctly. Breakfast is really good here. I alternate between the Bacon Egg & Cheese Biscuit or the Pancakes with Bacon instead of sausage... and both are great choices. Staff is friendly and the lines either inside or drive thru move fairly quick. Overall greatexperience! Read more
If you use the drive thru be sure to check your order and get all your sauces and ketchup up at the window, cause they?ll never... put it in there even if you tell them at the speaker. From now on I will check my bag, check my order before pulling away fromthe window. If they don?t like that well maybe someone out of the 50 ppl working there will actually do their job. The ones at the drive through were not friendly at all, they were quit rude. They acted as if I was a bother to them,... especially the one with the purple bun on top of her head. Was very disappointed in the food as well. The frosted we got werejust a little over half full, ridiculous. Not going back that's for sure!!!!! Read more
Every time I come through this McDonald's they severely mess up my orders and forget stuff, they're notorious for it. Most the... time I don't even complain or ask for the missing items because the 15 or 20 times I did it took them 5-10 minutes just to giveme what wasn't there. In one instance it took them 20- 25 minutes to fix the order, and I was very upset but understood it wasbusy, but they just slapped everything on the counter and was like here you go, after 20-25 minutes!!! No apology at all. Alsomess up and forget things out of the kids meals like Fry's or burgers A LOT! Today's order wasn't that bad but I'm mentioning itbecause I'm just completely fed up!
