Fast delivery and very good pizza

The food has been fine lately. But a 5.99 dollar delivery fee is ridiculous. They say it don't go to the driver. So why exactly... am I paying so much to have It delivered. And then I give the driver a tip and that's and extra 10.00 on my orders. Read more

Driver places pizza on the porch and doesn't knock (or knocks so weakly that I dont hear it in the next room with the TV off).... Drives off without making sure anyone comes to the door. Pizza is now cold and the store is now closed. I guess that is what Iget for tipping ahead of time. I will be calling and getting my money back tomorrow for sure. Read more

Mask mandates are... gone, but this manager feels she needs to not even have the business allow it's customers in the store when it's raining? Always loved Papa John's pizza. This was our first dissatisfied experience. Just ordered an extra large 3 toppings and a... papadia. The tomato sauce was awful, extremely sparce toppings!!!! Garlic butter was spoiled and the pepper was hard and driedout. The papadia was also dried out and no cheese. Won't be back. Read more

Been a few years since we tried a Papa Johns...we were driving by and decided to we were hungry!! Lobby was closed and drive... thru service only. We pulled up to the window and the young lady asked for the order name...told her we wanted to place anorder...eye roll and she walked away and came back with paper and pen..she took our order and when my wife asked for a smallHawaiian she slammed the pencil down and said that was only available in med or large, I pointed out that on line they show asmall..reply was that was on line!! Told us to come back in 20 minutes....ran some errands (washed the truck) and came back tothe drive thru right at 20 minutes...first thing she said (same lady) was a sarcastic, "I said 20 minutes" she walked away andbrought the order to us.
