After they double charged me, they sent a pizza, supreme... Lol. Anyways it was loaded in sausage n raw onions and the dough... was still doughy in middle. Maybe 10 pepperoni's on it. It was a large to boot. Used to love the hut, but I won't be going backthere again. Plus on the double charge, the manager said they didn't double charge me, but my bank statement says they did. Thispizza wasn't worth 70 cents. But they charged me 70 dollars. Pack it up Pizza Hut, because you keep treating people like that,all your gonna hear is Pizza Pizza! Read more
The new Metls were not as advertised. The dough was too thin and not enough filling. It was more like a quesadilla than a melt.
Don't like that a suggested tip amount is based on the whole ticket amount, including tax!!! You don't include tax in the tip,... you need to fix it and I'll fix my review. This goes for all the restaurants that have this policy!!! Read more

Great thin crust medium. Great service! Cheesebread was also delicious. Waitress was incredible. Pricing was market value...... It's hard to argue pricing unless you are getting bent over by car fix in Crossville. We look forward to another visit to thehut ????!! Read more
The service and the food at the local Pizza Hut has improved dramatically. The employees genuinely seem concerned with making... sure the customer feels appreciated and whoever is working the kitchen area is doing a great job. Read more
So good to finally find one of these places open inside. Pizza and wings was awesome. Won't comment on our waitress because... not sure if she was just new or flat out lazy. Average on service but pizza made me give 5 stars. Read more
Ordered some breadsticks and a large pan cheese pizza well done. Received a very undercooked pizza that was covered in tons of... cheese. I did not ask for extra cheese. The breadsticks were very plain with no flavor. I asked the waitress to cook the pizzafor a few more minutes. When it came back out, it looked exactly the same. I told the waitress I would pay for the order and didnot want to take the pizza home. I was really surprised that a manager did not come out to try to rectify the issue.
