My girlfriend and I were in the area for a wedding and decided to stop in for lunch to kill some time before the ceremony... started. Very clean, good atmosphere, our food was brought to the table very quickly after ordering and everything wasdelicious. Well, where to start. The waitress was friendly and the service was good. The only reason for the extra star was cause she was... good. We ordered a few drinks and they messed up the long island. My girlfriend's chicken parmesan on penne pasta was dry. Lookat the pics. The sauce was decent. I ordered the special steak and side for $10. Thought it couldn't go wrong, but I was wrong.All the portions were ration sized for the price. I mean they could have put my steak and potatoes on a smaller plate to make itlook bigger. Got medium instead of medium rare. A good steak doesn't need steak sauce, but this definitely did. Not a big fan offood chain restaurants and this kinda reminds me why. *Edit* Ruby's Tuesday hadnemailed me asking some additional information. They also said that they would have their local management team reach out to me. Well, I never received a call or another followup email, even though they had the best times to reach out to me. I even emailed corporate back to give them another chance ofhaving someone get back to me or Id have to edit my review accordingly. We went around 6 and there was about a 10 minute wait which wasn't too bad. The salad bar was really good (I went straight for... the pasta salad). I ordered the chicken parmesan and it was very good, the chicken had a nice breading to it. We ordered threedesert ???????? cheese cake, lava cake, and the red velvet cake. The lava cake had no "lava" in it but it was still very goodand the ice cream was still cold and not warm/melted. The red velvet cake was absolutely delicious and my family enjoyed thecheesecake. My wife and I were in Crossville Tn for our 39th wedding anniversary and I was checking to see if there was a Longhorn... steakhouse but the closest one was Cookeville Tn so I decided to go to Ruby Tuesday. We remembered that they offered anexcellent salad bar in the past, but many places where we ate before were closed down. When we entered the door we could see thelong, well supplied bar from the welcome desk so we were pleased. There was no wait, we were served promptly, and the foodarrived in an appropriate amount of time. The waiter was courteous, and very attentive, so we were satisfied with our decision.I chose the salmon and my wife chose the steak fajitas and both the choices were tasty. There were many great choices on themenu and the desserts looked scrumptious but we exercised self control and passed on dessert. The bill was reasonable and ourevening at Ruby Tuesday was enjoyable, so if you pass thru, give them a try, you won't regret it. Read more

Wait staff was great and helpful. My friends had the salad bar and then loved it. I had a delicious honey bourbon chicken with 2... sides. The aroma it gave off smelled so wonderful everyone in the restaurant was looking at my plate. It was some of the bestchicken I ever had. Read more

Salad bar was good, baked potato was good, steak was terrible. You could tell it was frozen and defrosted in the microwave.... Chewy and tough. Couldn't even eat it. Service was good. Next visit. Waited forever for food only to be told they had to remakeour order and offered a discount. My wife's burger show up burnt and bun was burnt. By this time she was so hungry she ate it.She ordered a bake potato with butter, no butter. I literally ate my entire meal, while my wife was still waiting for butter andhad no drink the entire time. All the ketchup bottles were empty. Went through 6 bottles, all empty. Got another glass of water,water was brown. Bacon on the burger was barely cooked. Won't be back. Service is terrible. Tonight?s choice if dining was an excellent. The Crossville Ruby Tuesdays staff and management were super nice and... accommodating. The food was great and well done. Our waiter, Carson, did a fantastic job of taking care of us. He took thepicture below for us. We even had a very sweet family pay our bill for us, quite unexpectedly.
