Customer service is trash . Went it last night and got my order in the drive thru , I informed the lady at the window that I... ordered large drinks and not small . She replied with ?sorry? then closed the window.. so I pulled up and went Inside andexplained the situation to an employee who thought we would need a manager to fix it . So they got a manager and they gave me mylarge drinks while telling me I was wrong and then while I was explaining the situation to the manager she walks away while I?mtalking . I called her out on this and said ?I see where your employees get the attitude? she said she had to throw somethingaway thus explaining why she just rudely walked away . This is what I expected for a Zaxbys salad. Chicken is warmed, veggies are fresh, didn?t want the toast but I got it anyway and... it looks like it should. Drive through moved pretty quickly today so I was happy with that. AND the lady at the drive throughwas very friendly. I noticed items taken off the menu, hopefully making room for new ones? Expensive and the chicken tenders that we ordered we so small. I feel like i paid 12$ for a 6 piece nugget. Very disappointed.... Ive had their chicken in the past and it was excellent. But im not sure if they are under new management or have new people butid have never let that chicken leave the store. They have a really good salad and it's huge for 10 bucks. So you get a decent meal and the service is fair

The first time I got my food, one tray was barely warm, the other was actively cold. The boneless wings were also absolutely... tiny. They did remake it but both times the prep time was so short as to be certain nothing was being made fresh. The secondtime things were hot enough and the pieces were bigger too.
