I?ve had the same order 3 weeks in a row and each time it?s gotten more expensive. Large coffee + Bagel w/cream cheese, lox and... tomato came in at $15.70 today which is 3 whole dollars more than last week. New-ish to the area, I was so excited to have a bagel shop nearby. We ordered 1/2 dozen bagels and when we got home and sliced... them open, the knife had dough residue from undercooked bagels. Each bagel, the same thing happened. I called to let them knowthat the bagels were not cooked fully and she said they?re ?dessert bagels,? they?re intended to be that way. I?ve really neverheard of such a thing and I grew up in Queens and Brooklyn and I?m pretty sure I can identify a decent bagel or at least acooked bagel. Very sorry to leave a negative review but seems like I?m not the only one with this experience. Read more
What happened to the bagels??? They are raw on the inside. This is my hometown place and I have always loved the bagels but for... a while now they have been straight up raw on the inside. We gave it a while to see if it was just the oven or something andhoped it would get better but it has been months. It?s hard to believe that no one there notices. My sister treated me to a bagel from Bagels on Hudson last weekend and I had to take the rest home with me to New York City.... They are by far the BEST bagels I've ever had! They're a touch sweet and so moist. And the seasoning on them is just perfect.Now if I can just stop eating them! Read more
