Air with a flair Worst experience. Unless you want invisible ice cream. I ordered a medium sundae which has skyrocketed to... 7.00 and it?s the same size as a tiny cup. The picture showed ice cream about 4 inches above the cup. I showed the picture tothe guy serving me and he said it was whip cream. I showed him the spot where ice cream begins and whip cream begins. He toldme what do you want me to do. So I got about 3.00 of ice cream. Stay away go to another carvel that wants customers and not somuch profit. Go to king cone; route 100, outside; they actually sell ice cream not air with a flair. Read more
The place is run terribly. Always closes early. Kids that work there can?t wait to close the doors even on nice days when Ice... Cream is calling. If you wanna go there late, make sure it?s at least half hour before they ?close?. Cause they are never opentill when they say they are. We love this place...ice cream is amazing!!! However, the no bathroom to use for our 3 year old was NOT a good situation!!!
I can not thank the workers enough for the consideration, and help that they showed to us when we visited this ice cream store.... They were kind, and helped us, even though we arrived later. Doesn't get more brain-dead than this experience at Carvel in Cortlandt My wife and I each ordered a Sunday. She didn't want... any topping. So I asked that her topping be put on my Sunday. The server refused following some stupid rule. And then hediscarded the extra topping she didn't want rather than serve it to me. Not believing what I was experiencing, I asked to speakwith the manager. So I then asked the manager to accommodate my request. She refused too. "We don't do that." Really. P_ss offa customer over a topping. Even Motor Vehicle agencies treat the customer better. Remember this story next time you considertrusting these people with your next ice cream order. Good but expensive for what you get. Why are the ice cream cakes so expensive when the Carvel cakes at BJs are much cheaper?
