Today 8:15 am I purchased 2 orders of snacking bacon and a Bacon Egg & Cheese toasted on a English Muffin and a large hot... tea. What I got was 2 orders of Burnt to a Crisp Snacking Bacon and a untoasted Bacon Egg & Cheese English Muffin with ice coldbacon. I paid $13.72 , CHK 3961. Do not , do not, do not patronize this DD! Every time I go here I have a problem. That goes for the gas station to. No exact... change, pumps are down, machines are broken. Last night I stopped in after ordering ahead online. When I got there the girl atthe counter informed me that the ice machine was not working properly and she could not fill my order. When I asked for my moneyback she said she couldn?t do that and told me to order something else. I would?ve done it if her behavior and demeanor wasn?tso combative and confrontational. When I asked to speak to the manager she told me the manager wasn?t there and asked what Iwanted. I told her if the machine was broken then I wanted my money back. She refused to help me but then changed her mindsaying ?You know what? Just forget it, here?s your money!? She slammed my change down on the counter and walked away.
