Got my order wrong two days in a row. No excuse when it?s a mobile order and everything is on the ticket. Spoke to manager about... coming back to get food free next day. Came back next day and got someone else?s order in the drive thru. I now had to park andwalk inside to get my order corrected yet again. Bad service for sure Read more
Inexcusable for a employee representative for a major restaurant franchise to make minimum wage position be so difficult to... follow a screen order of 3 patties and pickles and mustard. Then the manager steps in to perform the employee's position, butleaves excessive fat grease onto the buns of your burger. The employee on the first part intentionally saturated the burgerswith Catsup, handing me a slap in the face ???? for a poor act in customer service. I never write reviews but the manager in charge when we went to eat there was so nice and had amazing customer service! He... walked around all the tables to make sure the customers were doing good! I wish I knew his name because he deserves a shout outfor his great work ethic! Read more
Really clean and modern McDonalds. Experience was great except when they bring out your food to the table where your sitting to... eat they somehow are too busy to include ketchup, napkins, salt. You have to go back up online and ask for these things. Read more
This McDonalds has three windows for service. We were told to wait at window 3 for our frappes. We didn't wait long but had to... send them back because they weren't mocha, then when we received them the second time, they still weren't correct! We had tosend them back again to get the chocolate put on top. Be sure your order is correct here people. Read more
Well honestly McDonald's is my last go to for any fast food. I will say that their French fries will always be the bomb though... and the sausage egg and cheese McMuffin is pretty good for breakfast, but other than that McDonald's has some of the worstservice and garbage food. Read more
