Mr. Gatti's need a hostess for the birthday parties for the kids. Each party is 1hr 30 mins. However the parents are left in... charge on what to do.That takes someone that knows how to do this but it's VERY DIFFICULT when the parent has a six year old anda 4 yr old. We had 30+ children and many chaperones and it was tough . By the time the pizza arrived they delivered it andleft...Later someone from the company stated you have 10 min.left cause our next party was ALREADY here...WOW, the kids had justbegan to play in the game room...NOT TOO HAPPY AS YOU CAN TELL AND THOSE PARTIES ARE NOT CHEAP. FOR THE FOID I WOULD SAY THECHILDREN LOVE IT BUT TO BE HONEST MIST IF THEM DIDN'T WANT EAT BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO PLAY THE GAMES....MR.GATT'S I LOVE YOURFOID ,ATMOSPHERE,FRIENDLY STAFF. Have been eating here since I was a kid. Pizza has always been great and we are really digging the all day buffet. It's about... the same price as eating every other fast food restaurant. Tried the macaroni pizza today. Never thought of putting it on pizzabut it was delicious. I think the best part is the customer service though. They are constantly walking around grabbing emptyplates on the table. We never had more than one empty plate at the table. As soon as we were done eating they were collectingthe empty plates. Don't plan birthday parties here. They forgot my party. So my kids and guest were lead to an empty full room. Nothing was... prepared. None of the game cards worked so they gave us more game cards that didn't work either. I brought this up to our hostand she said they work you just have to try a few times. My kids and guest were wasting time running around trying to make thegame cards work. The host was a sweetheart but the rest of he staff looked and acted like they did not want to be there. Then wewere asked to leave bc the other party has arrived. Fine. So we sat in the lobby. When I looked in the room it was fullydecorated with everyone at there attention. I spent so much money to only be highly dissatisfied. Update: I got in contact withthe company like they asked. After showing them my receipt and all my information they requested they still did nothing tocompensate me. They did not try to make anything better. I showed proof of my purchases & It was worthless. I paid $150 for myparty not including all the other food and drinks I purchased that night. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!
