While on the road stopped here for a quick bite. Used drive-through and after checking receipt I was up sold drink without my... knowledge charging me an additional $.50 regular fries were dumped in the bottom of my bag no napkins no sauces. Parked my carand decided to go inside to grab Those things and use bathroom while at it. Restaurant was dark and gross bathroom floor was soslippery from who knows what I could not hold door with 1 foot without It sliding. Skip this place, For $11 go somewhere withfriendly workers and clean restaurant.I can?t imagine how much money they collect from people without Their knowledge. Alsobathroom had no hot water. This place is the absolute worst. Want to wait an hour for terrible food? Go here. Never fails. Everyone in this store is so... unprofessional and rude its actually a disgrace. I have a family of 5. We all eat dark meat. Everytime we go we know we can't order the specials all dark so we order the family... meals all dark. I know we pay a little more to do this, but that is okay as I'm paying for what we eat. Last night I went toPopeyes in Crowley and they would not let me order a 12 piece all dark. They told me I couldn't do that because of shortage inchicken. If they have not sold out of chicken then I should be able to purchase what I'm ordering as I'm paying for it. Theytold me no that they could only serve mixed(when I order just dark everytime we go). Why would I pay for something we are notgoing to eat??? The little girl was rude and ugly then we go on to order what they had displayed on the board and on asign(strawberry cheesecake pie). She says rudely we don't serve that. At this point I get so frustrated I just drive off. Myfamily loves Popeyes and we spend btw $50-$80 everytime we go but I'm to the point where I'm done with the rudeness and thebeing told we can't order what we eat when I'm PAYING for it. Ordered through the mobile app thinking it would be quicker than trying to get food through the drive-thru or walking in due to... having prior issues, that was also a horrible idea, order placed at 5:58pm arrived at 6:13pm, there was no greeting or anyacknowledgement from staff or what appeared to beva manager, two people were already waiting for their orders, when I wasfinally able to get someone's attention my order hadn't even been started, 6:50pm I actually got my food. Food was FRESH. We waited in line in the drive thru @50 minutes 3rd from window after placing order.. After getting to the... window to receive our food we were told to pull up because they were waiting on mac/cheese. Another 15 minutes..Howevermanagement and crew members were VERY APOLOGETIC. As always, Popeyes never disappoints. I always get the spicy chicken sandwich and as usual it practically melts in your mouth.... They have it down to a science. This branch was no different. I highly recommend it. Read more
