Asked this rather disheveled newer employee if this 711 sold Cayman jack margaritas. His answer (as he stocks beer). "Dontknow what a margarita is. Im not a drinker." Really? Stopped by here to buy some Zyn. When I paid, the the card reader froze so I cancelled the transaction after waiting a few... minutes. When I got in my car, I checked my bank account and found that the money had been removed from my account. I then wentright back inside and let the cashier know. I asked him if I could just go ahead and get the pouches instead of getting moneyback, since they are what I came for, and he said no and that he wouldn?t give me my money back either. Absolutely ridiculous poor customer service. Clerk repeatedly refused to give me his name because he knew he wasn?t doing what... he should be doing. Tried to refuse my sale saying that it was not enough money (paying with $20 bill in cash, not on a card).Literally told me I should not have used food stamps on my first purchase. Told me I did not contribute to his store despitemaking two purchases. Told me about how they have 100 customers every day, it won?t be me again. Completely preposterous!
