Ordered two orders of orange chicken and the man said it came with white rice. I asked if we could get fried rice instead. He... said yes. I also asked if I could get a small container of noodles. He said it would be $29 for my order. Then when he broughtit he said I owed him $40. I paid it. The orange chicken was okay but everything else was old. It was really bad.
