Went to the Crowley location and they messed up the order yet again and when we tried to get it corrected the employee working... the drive through was surly and seemed quite annoyed that we were wanting everything we had ordered AND PAID FOR. Price goes up and we're literally getting quite a bit less. Poppers used to come with 9 and a large drinkn used to be a 44oz. I... got 8 poppers and maybe a 24 oz drink. Also said easy ice and they put it on my order, yet gave me a cup with 90% ice. All thiswith a small gravy this was $7.55. Definitely won't be back to chicken express. Read more
Went in for lunch today . We had tenders and livers. Food was hot and fresh . The young man that took our order was very kind... and respectful. A breath of fresh air for this establishment. Read more

They have a sign out front that says "Starting Full Time Employees at $9 an hour" as if that's an attractive wage. Lots of... reviews for this location say the wait time is long and the food is trash. Im not surprised. You pay bare minimum, you get bareminimum employees. Also, if the full time employees get $9 then that makes me think the part timers get $7.50 or whatever theminimum wage is. And gas is about $3.50. What a ripoff. The food was great, but of all my years eating here I have never had any bad experiences. This was the first time that somebody... was ever rude to me. The lady at the window was even rude to the customer behind me. I was shocked at the way she spoke to meand the lady behind me in line. She was upset that she had to walk outside to the car because she couldn't hear what they weresaying through the speaker and made it very known how annoyed she was to do so. Read more
Waited in line for 30 minutes! When I got to the window they "forgot what I ordered".. Waited another 5 min for my food to come... out. Got home and the mini poppers were so over cooked that there was no cheese in half of the family side I ordered.. and thetenders are a JOKE! Not worth the 13$, will not return. Read more
