Almost everything I have had at Cousins is awsome and I never thought I would be disappointed... However, today I tried the... banana pudding... I took one bite and spit it out. It was gritty, like it was made from a powder. I am not sure if this is theirusual recipe or they tried something new, as this was my first time trying it... As it stands, I won't pay for it again... Incredibly unimpressed with this establishment. We have tried this particular cousins on 2 separate occasions, all pickup... orders. The pickup process takes FOREVER. Was waiting at the counter for 35 minutes last time we tried. Not only this, but thefood was cold & NOT very good. For food that's so EXPENSIVE, I would hope the service and product would at least be decent, butit wasn't. Our last order was well over $100 & we didn't even get half our order. The front counter person was confrontationalabout it and there was a line so we ended up leaving. Won't be wasting my money here ever again. Read more

Being Texan born and raised, I'm always down for some great BBQ. I was across the street headed into a gym when the that lovely... smoked meat aroma hit me. I almost decided to put off the gym time because it smelled so good but no, I continued on. However assoon as I got finished and cleaned up, B-lined it. I've never had Cousins before so want sure what to expect. I ordered thethree meat plate with ribs, brisket, and chicken. Coleslaw and collard greens for the sides. They had an incredible lookingchocolate chip cookie that I got for later. The sides were delicious on their own and once I got to the proteins, my littleheart was fluttering with happiness. Perfect crust, smoke ring, and tenderness on all three meats. Great BBQ!! Read more
