Every time I have ordered there are have been missing toppings that I ask for, and that are on the receipt. Most recently I... placed an order and was told Over the phone that it would be ready in 20 minutes, 20 minutes later when I arrive I am told thatthere was no order in there system in my name. Decent pizza shop for take out or delivery only. There is limited parking and prices are pretty high so I definitely reccomend... pick up compared to delivery. Average delivery service, and in person seems to be a bit better. Store has an ear splittingbuzzer every time the door opens which needs to go, but otherwise its a pretty standard Pizza Hut. I been spending a lot of money at pizza hut the other night I bought 3 pizzas which should of been 7 a piece they charged me... 13.99 for a med which that wasn't the deal I wanted if that was the case I would of gotten a large anywho I wanted hand tossthey made thin crust which was very hard for my granny teeth none of the toppings were correct I guess cause it was close toclosing they were rushing but that was my last time eating there if I'm going to spend 30 I want to enjoy my food at the leastwould not recommend this pizza hut this is how all the pizzas looked tried my best to eat the two slices but to disgusting sothe other two plus this one was not touched so disappointed Read more

I just had 2 pizzas delivered from the Crowley, Tx location and when I tell you they were the most absolute beautiful and... delicious pizzas that I have ever seen. The veggies were fresh and the meats were extremely flavorful. There was an abundanceof toppings and they were placed so evenly and artistic like on each one. I thought they brought me the pizzas from thecommercials! Shout out to whoever made these pies because they deserve a raise, seriously. Ordered pizza for my family. And the pizza had pieces of black plastic. I don?t know if it?s your tray or what. When I called... about what I had on my pizza the guy Zion wasn?t very helpful. And didn?t not want to give me a full refund for the pizza thathad the plastic. Which was $18. He wanted to give me $10 then hung up on me twice. I called from a different number and he saidthe manager Xena could not come to the phone. Very unhelpful. Then hung up on me again. Ended up getting a call back fromsomeone named Dylan who was very helpful. But overall horrible experience, both pizzas had a weird taste to it. Not orderingfrom this location again. Read more
I received this over cooked pizza from Pizza Hut and when I called to inform them and maybe get a replacement the manager... Michaela refused and said she had cut the pizza her self and it looked fine and it wouldn?t make a difference if she made me anew one it would come out the same. And to my surprise 2 hours later another manager came to my door to replace said pizzas shewas very nice and apologetic. So this one star review is for Michaela and her unsatisfactory customer service because she wasrude and extremely unprofessional. Read more
