Biggest lack of motivation and super lazy employees. They don't have the food I ordered and start closing down AN HOUR BEFORE... CLOSE. HOW!!? I don't understand how any business that even starts to close before closing time is still in business. Should beagainst the law in my opinion. Then they send me garbage food that I don't eat and want me to pay for it? I don't think so. I'llget a refund and this location can continue paying for wrong food orders they send out to me. Orders are never correct - wrong order, no customizations or extras we've paid for. We go cause it's close and sometimes, you... just want some Taco Bell. We've just resigned ourselves to knowing the order will be wrong. Read more
Food is done and prepped right just got damn guys everything on the menu does not need to be literally drowned in spicy sauce.... Like my ENTIRE meal was just spicy sauce. 3 completely different items one of which the main selling point is the sauce. HoweverI would really appreciate being able to taste the other items I got. Customer service for this location is horrific, lady in front of me had to ask the staff three times to remake her order and... then they questioned her about the botched one. They cancelled my mobile order and then pretended they didn't have it, I leftwithout a refund because my time is more valuable than that! Read more
I'm being generous with two stars because my experience has been drive thru only. The service is pretty slow, especially later... at night. If you are sadistic and like waiting 25 minutes for food with only one person ahead of you, this is the place to go.The restaurant should provide reading classes for kitchen staff because they constantly get orders wrong despite it beingcorrect on the ticket. I was disturbed by the young man could not get a simple order right. We ordered 6 soft tacos and 2 drinks. Maybe he could not... listen and have another conversation with several other employee's at the same time. You should have e a good time at work buttake care of the customer first. Lately the drive thru is so slow you might as well drive off and go somewhere else. You will get your food faster that way. 2... times in 1 week I left the line because 20 minutes is too long to wait for 2 cars in front of you. Get it together people. It?snot hard Read more
What happened here? Food is unrecognizable, Grossness piled in tortillas. Missed things in my order and then argued with me... about it. Screwed up every single thing in the order including the tacos with no cheese for the kid with food allergies. Read more
