Nice new building with a drive-thru... think again. This Wingstop is not on the side of the building with the drive-thru... windows. After you get inside, the place is nice and new, but the quality of the food is just not good. Everything...EVERYTHING is swimming in oil, and even the dry seasonings are sticky & messy. Used to be decent when it was in the shopping center, but whoever has taken over is running this store into the ground. There's... no reason a 10 piece order should take an hour and a half, when the quoted time was 60 min or less. Obviously the place has zeroleadership, loud explicit music blaring through the restaurant, late orders despite 4-5 staff standing around on their phones inthe kitchen, and potato shavings being served as fries. Yeah, I'll drive the extra 5 minutes to another location as the Crowleystore is a lost cause. Read more
The new chicken sandwiches are awesome!!!! I had the cajun and it was better than the wings without a doubt. Cooked to... perfection, nice and crispy, and a good amount of sauce. I had it with pickles and it was ok. Will probably order without nexttime though. The sandwich was 10 out 10. Front counter girl was very friendly and the kitchen staff was really quick. Thekitchen definitely worked their magic with these sandwiches. Can't wait to go back so I can try one in every flavor. They're SOgood. Read more
Would give zero stars if I could!!! Ordered the new chicken sandwich and the chicken was completely under cooked! The Cajun... fried corn was also undercooked!! Called to speak with a manager and phone was disconnected I am not planning on eating at thiswing stop location again!!! Rather drive a little farther than always get disappointed! Read more
Ordered a 30 piece family pack. Wings were cooked to a crisp and dried out. They forgot a second large fry that we paid for, and... the large fry we did get consisted of half fries and legit cut off tips of French fries. The fries were also way over done. Oneof our dips also came almost empty. A total waste of $55. Read more
Wings are yet again super dry. This is supposed to be lemon pepper! Wings are over cooked and crispy as hell! My fries were cold... even when I had to wait on my food and I order with extra seasoning and I have no seasoning on my fries. I?ll just have to drivea little further cus this location is Horrible!! Ordered a crew pack and paid extra for loaded fries and added an additional loaded fries. When I received my order I pointed out... I received regular fries. The worker apologized and said they were out of cheese. I pointed out that I paid extra, and should berefunded or compensated to cover what I paid. No one in the restaurant knew how to refund it, the only compensation offered wascarrot sticks. I understand it's fast food, but taking 4 dollars from a customer and just apologizing is wrong.
