My coworker and I ordered Chipotle today, and this is the serving that they gave us in both bowls. The food was cold and VERY... salty. We spent 37$ for this. What a shame. If i could leave no stars I would. I ordered a chicken burrito for me and my kids and cut it in half as I was esting i felt... something crunch so i thought it could be the chicken but had a nasty taste so i opended and found a leaf. I called and themanger Melissa was very rude and told me it was not an outside leaf as I told her it was and told her I would send a picture sherushed me off the phone and had a horrbile attiude she didnot even seemed to care. She kept saying its no way possible and itold her i know what I am looking at. I will never come here again and will make sure to call corporate. She kept saying it iswhat we cook our rice in and i told her it is not a cookie lead it is an outside. attempt to tell her about how rude she was andasked her last name and only thing she said was have a good day and gave me a number to go get my refund. First and probably last time at a Chipotle. Good was not great, bathrooms were out of order, and the service while ok, was not... friendly. I don't get why people seem to like it so much. Perhaps another try at a different location. Read more
this chipotle is more miss than hit I've have too many negative experiences to even try and visit this location again.... Especially with this location, this seems the be a reoccurring theme. perhaps this is an issue with management and somethingcooperate needs to be aware of since a number of the reviews here including my own have noted an issue in portion sizes. Boththese bowls are the suppose to be the same size and are charged at the same price. look at the difference. I brought this up totwo of the workers, I was told "I can add more for more $" and "those are are our normal portion sizes". I asked to substitutethe rice for more beans and this is what I'm given. Absolute worst Chipotle location I?ve ever been to? first and only time going to this location. Paid over $18 for a burrito... bowl that was supposed to have double meat and had less than any other location gives for a single portion (around 2oz) eventhough it cost an extra $5, and instead of extra fajita veggies it had None. Also they left off 4 out of the other 6 toppings.The other item, a veggie burrito bowl was also missing half the toppings, and instead of extra fajita veggies it came withabsolutely none as well?. Seems like they could at least remember the veggies when it?s a VEGGIE burrito bowl. So $30 for prettymuch some plain bland rice and beans. One of the ABSOLUTE WORST restaurants I?ve ever been to?. Takes a lot to get me to write abad review like this so congrats on that! Would give -5 stars if possible. Tell me why my bf ordered a burrito, you know those giant burritos that you can't even fit your mouth around, and it's smaller... than my palm??? He got everything that normally comes on a burrito and it's teeny tiny! Totally not worth $9+ Then when Iordered my bowl I had to ask the girl multiple times to add a little extra because she wasn't even giving full scoops of the"what's inside" ingredients... I'd expect this more with extra toppings like queso and guac. As I paid for my item I heardpeople in line behind me asking for "a little more" of this or that because they're used to getting a full burrito/ bowl nothalf the amount! In total we spent 23$ and I'll never be returning to this chipotle again. My money was wasted and I'm surehe'll be hungry in 30 mins with that itty bitty burrito... Sigh Read more
Crown Point Chipotle would actually have to put in some effort to even be considered subpar. I always order for pickup, most of... the time having someone else pick up for me, so I have no firsthand experience of the in-store experience. They seem to "forget"to bag parts of the order every time, be it condiments or sides, so I chose to not order chips this time, after failing torecieve them twice before. I paid $10 for a bowl with regular portion sizes, aside from the veggies (light), and cheese (extra).This is what I got. I shouldn't be able to count the pieces of romaine lettuce atop the less than regular portion of cheese. Thefajita veggies were damn near invisible. I pulled an onion and a square of a green pepper. I've been giving Crown Point a chancelately to avoid mall traffic, but I'll stick with Merrillville from now on when I get a craving. Read more
When this place is good, it's gooood. Wish it was more consistent with the good part. Online orders are always missing an item... or 2 so make sure you check your bag before you pull away. If they're really busy I don't even bother anymore. Still go often,just for the gamble of it being good good Read more
