Went for hubby's bday. They do not disappoint! Had the banana caramel with walnuts and asked for half banana and half cheesecake... icecream. Delicious! The combinations are plentiful. Extremely poor customer service!!! Called because we purchased 3 rotten (candied) apples from them. I have purchased before and... the apples were good but I could tell they were close to going bad. This time after eating two slices of the pre-sliced apple, Icould taste and smell that it was moldy. When I called to complain, I was told they share "no liability" if the food is notgood. I said what? You are legally liable for anything you sale! May I talk to a manager? She took my number and said the ownerwould call me. That was 7 days ago and he has not called me yet! The apples are still in my refrigerator. $18 worth of rottenapples are going into the trash today. I will Never purchase or refer any friends to them!!! Ever! I always enjoy Cold Stone. Love the flavor combinations. I am so happy that they added Chocolate Silk Almond milk as an option.
Good ice cream, tasty other treats and milkshakes. They also offer non-dairy ice cream (if you can call non-dairy stuff ice... cream) for those with milk issues. The non-dairy was made from Silk brank milk. Workers are friendly, prices are fair. There isindoor seating but it is limited to a few tables. If the weather is nice outside, I recommend standing outside and eating. Read more
Christian, Morgan and Amanda made our take out experience WONDERFUL! I came for cheesecake bites (which they didn't have), but... Morgan was so kind and accommodating. Her knowledge of the toppings and how they would fair with particular ice cream flavorswas exactly what I needed to create something I could be happy with! Amanda and Christian were both pleasant and considerate tothe allergy requirements of our order! My first time going today and I was pleasantly delighted and overwhelmed with the ????caramel crunch in the ???? bowl.
