Absolutely love the ice cream here. They are always so kind and the ice cream is always so tasty. I tried the watermelon today... and it was to die for! The pineapple is also very good if you haven't tried that one yet. The ice cream and dairy free is waybetter than DQ! Read more

First time today with my wife and she ordered the pineapple ice cream cone and it was very delicious and myself I got a vanilla... and chocolate ice cream cone and very delicious,the.place was very clean and the guy that took our order was very polite and theprices very affordable and yes I do recommend you guys to stop by and try there ice cream you wont regretted, you will come backfor seconds guarantee. Visited on 11/1/21 and service was horrible! Went in at 8p.m and we placed our order. My daughter ordered and asked for... chocolate ice cream. When we got our order, I noticed it was incorrect. Not a bid deal normally, but I asked my daughter didn'tyou ask for chocolate? And she replied yes (which I heard her order as well). As I'm asking her, the girl behind the countertossed our spoon on the counter and walked away. I told the girl it was wrong, and she stated " there's no way to correct it,ill have to order and purchase a new one". The ice cream was only a few dollars, but it wasn't about the money. As we werewalking out, we got a snotty "have a nice night" to top it off. We have a little drive to come here with plenty of other icecream shops in between, but my daughter loves dairy belle so that's where we went. the ice cream was great, but the employee helping me was not. i came in day and failed to receive any sort of greeting, and when... i came to the counter, the girl just gave me a snobby look. she rushed me through my whole order then proceeded to mess it upand argue with me whenever i told her i was given the wrong item. i heard another employee refer to her as maybe ?chelsea? or?charlie? before i left. even going as far to give a fake ?have a nice day? with a clearly forced smile. she just need moretraining on customer service and how to be nicer to people. wont be returning.
