I'm not sure why the low rating. I've been several times since they opened. It's not freaky fast, but it's not interested in... being freaky fast. The staff is almost always overly friendly and the sandwiches are good. I will agree they could be a littlebetter about wiping down the tables, but I wouldn't call the place dirty. Good eats. Just tried Jersey Mike's for the 1st time 2 weeks ago and damn I've been back 4 times already. The meat and cheese is sliced... after you order so you're getting fresh, the bread is great. Well done to the Crown Point store as they definitely take pride intheir work and that in itself is refreshing Read more
Gotta say I love Jersey Mikes in general, this location however is a different story. Don't order ahead at this location.... App/online orders are not a priority and walk in customers come first. Poor customer service, staff doesn't even acknowledgecustomers in pick up line. Placed app pick up order had to wait about 30 after my pick up time for my food. Never going back tothis location, please re-train your staff. Read more

They blow subway out the water! The bread is always soft and fresh. They cook their hot sandwiches vs. subway who just throws it... in the microwave. Staff was very nice and friendly. I've eaten here about 5 times now. I can truly say this is my #1 sub place. Read more
