Not only is this place horribly slow, our sandwiches tonight had brown soggy lettuce and no cheese. $16 for garbage food.
Where do I begin. I placed an order about 15 mins before they closed. As I was arriving to store, the manager called to inform... me that they will not be able to make my food due to them closing at 7pm. Mind you the manager called me 5 mins before closingnot even asking where or how far I was. I didn?t feel it was fair to call me 5 mins before closing to tell me they are closeafter payment has been accepted. I was just told they were sorry and that my money will be refunded within 3-5 business days.Never will I support this location again. Read more
Everytime we order it either takes forever, 1+hours, or there's problems with the order. Simple stuff like putting tomatoes on... when we asked for no tomatoes or not putting ant off the extras we ordered on the sandwiches. Not worth the hassle. Read more
I ordered my sandwich at 5:02 pm and didn?t receive my food until 6:43pm, i called at 6 pm and asked what the problem was, the... worker told me the delivery driver had left 5 minutes prior to my call with my order. my place of work is 6 minutes down theroad from this location. i called back 20 minutes later as my food still had not been delivered and the manager told me theycould not comp me for my meal and i told him i would go pick up a new sandwich. i got my order and then went back to work and assoon as i got back my original order JUST got delivered. Ordered food this evening. Took over an hour to deliver food. When food was delivered the driver forgot drink and sandwich was... smashed up. Called and spoke with manager and they apologized and sent driver back out and promised us a free drink for my wifefor the inconvenience. Driver only brought us the one drink.
