Employees were busy but they did a good job on getting drive thru line flowing quick..
Always annoying how one speaker is attended to while the other isn't! Had to back up and go to the other to get attention given... and order taken. The car sitting at the one we "were" in line at, was not getting helped while the other line had 3 car's orderstaken and moving on. So I backed up and did the same, while the other car still waited. Horrible. My burgers were both wrong, fries cold as usual and they allowed four teenagers (probably around 13) to roam the... Restaurant goofing off, being loud and just "hanging out". They weren't even ordering or eating. I did tell a manager finallyafter they got in the way of the poor lady working and try to mop the floor for the 5th time. I could tell she didn't want tospeak up so I did for her. This is not a one time deal. For some reason this McDonald's is a "hangout" spot for teenagers inCrown Point. It's obnoxious and they shouldn't have to babysit kids for parents who just carelessly drop them off or don'taccount for their own kids. Don't get me wrong, I'd rather have them there then getting in real trouble somewhere, but enough isenough. This has been ongoing for the seven years we've lived here. was in there 1230pm on 7.9.22...got #3 and happy meal. had to wait 20min in lot for food...barely any lines, no one... inside....chick came out and gave me food. didn't have fries for meal and apple slices for happymeal. It's McDonald's. That said, the service has been steady here for 20 years. Friendly faces, fast drive thru and clean inside.
