Quality has definitely gone downhill. I went to the Panda Express in Merrillville and was definitely disappointed the last two... times I went there so I tried the Crown Point store. Amazing! We had the Crown Point Panda cater a kid's birthday party! They were amazing, on time, and the food was delicious!... Everything was labeled and easy to set up. Utensils, sauces, and amazing containers that were great for leftovers for the partyguests. The price was great too! Highly recommend! Read more

I?ve been to different panda expresses in NWI and have never experienced what I am right now. I got food poisoning for the... second time from this location. The first time I just thought maybe my stomach wasn?t feeling too good and it was just beingsick not realizing I was sick from food poisoning. Now tonight I definitely know it was. I?m not sure if they cleaned / cookedthe shrimp & orange chicken correctly because I?ve never been so sick before. Read more
This location in particular was great. They gave ample portions and after a 20 minute drive home our food was still plenty hot.... We placed our order online and they did forget to give us the teriyaki sauce and sweet n sour sauce that I asked for buteveryone makes mistakes sometimes. My only complaint that has nothing to do with the location is that Pandas meat seems to havegone down in quality over the years. My pieces of chicken were so fatty and the orange chicken just didnt taste like it used to. Read more
DO NOT GO THERE. The portion size of the meat is ridiculous very small. I separated the meat on my plate so you can see what I... got. I will never go there again. So sad. I was looking forward to a new business in much needed Crown Point but theyhonestly need to close and build a restaurant that does not scam you with tiny bit size meat portions no matter the price. My door dash driver relayed to me that the employees here handed out the order to the wrong driver (not normally a huge deal),... but they refused to fix their mistake and make a new order. Over $30 for the order and I just get stiffed for whatever reason?The drivers have the name and order info on their phone for a reason, so this was just laziness and disrespect on their end fornot confirming who it was for. Starting to see why this location only has 3.7 stars right now. Read more
