I wish I didn't have to leave a review, but I definitely think it's important to make buyers aware or should I say "BUYERS... BEWARE" of what they could expect to see from this location. We ordered an epic stuffed crust pizza with a cinnamon pull apartdessert. However, instead of receiving the cinnamon pull apart, we randomly received a brownie dessert. We understood thatmistakes do happen; we called the crown point location to info them of the mix up on our order The manager informed us that theyare out of what we ordered, they are busy, and they do not refund or replace single items. We asked why we were not notifiedthat this order was out. They again stated "we are too busy and it is what is and we get what we get." We began trying toexplain that this is something we would have not ordered because someone in our party is allergic to chocolate. We couldn't getthat far in the conversation, because the manager at the store decided to stop responding, then hung up on us. So BUYER BEWAREthat they will not care what you ordered, and will give you whatever they decide or think you should eat. It is sad to see thatcustomer service has become this way. Read more

Food arrived cold. Paid for extra pepperocinis and garlic sauce and received a whole two of each. I don?t think I?ve ever... received less than 4 or 5 of these with a pizza from any other Papa Johns and that?s without paying for extras. Not impressed. Read more

Really good, they have a large order section on their online menu. For our household of 12 plus guests that is awesome.
Our high school students report that the manager is awful to the employees. Not sure if that's changed but the wait and lack of... customer interaction makes me never want to come back here. If you can't hire people because of a hostile environment in a lackof employee environment you're not going to sell pizzas. Bring Papa back. He ran this thing better even if he used some badwords. Now that I'm close enough I can see my pizzas are done and not one employee has checked. Done with you Read more
