Food was good..however I had a problem with one of the employees (girl with red hair, short with glasses). Entering to pick up... our order, I observed one of the delivery vehicles parked in the clearly marked handicapped space to the left of the front door. After getting my food, I nicely asked the employee (manager?) If it was common practice to allow delivery drivers (the vehiclehad a Pizza Hut delivery emblem on the roof) to park in parking spaces reserved for handicapped customers. A simplequestion...she looked out the window and then looked at me and sarcastically replied with "So?". I then asked her if that washer answer to my question and she gave me a scowl and then ignored me and walked to the back of the store This occurred on June2nd 2022 at 10:30PM Very disrespectful response and wow what an attitude..It was a simple question and she apparently didn'tlike the question. First, i ordered a pizza and a pop. The delivery man came with no pop so he said he would be right back and bring it. My house... is only a minute away from the restaurant. I waited an hour and he never came back. The pizza was so thin that it was likebiting into a very burnt breadstick. Didn?t taste like pizza. They ended up giving me credit to get a free pizza and pop and itwas so much better the second time! just don?t like how i was lied to. Read more
Better food quality. We ordered a stuffed crust beef pizza. It was way over cooked and cold. The wings were still warm but not... the pizza. Plus the last time I talked to a manager I was told that my next pizza would be free but I did not get it free. Andwhen I tried to email them back I was ignored. For the prices being so high I would expect better quality food and service. Read more
I was so excited to see the Detroit pizza back on the menu! Please bring it back often. It is my favorite! I think it?s... important to make new menu items available to keep things exciting. The food was delivered in boxes that were smashed and the pizzas were squished to the roof of the boxes. The toppings were stuck... to the lids. The large pizza we ordered had all the toppings and cheese slid to one side. Very disappointed. Read more
This is just a small outlet Satellite store. It's okay small table for someone to eat at if wanted not the place to take your... family. Prices were kinda high for this type of location. Read more
I'll admit up front that we've probably ordered from the Pizza Hut on Randolph 10+ times and never had an issue, but what got... delivered to our house this evening is unacceptable. It's less than a 2.5min drive from the store to our house and yet somehowthis happened. Read more
