Not impressed, sorry. One half of one slice of tomato for my "salad". My high priced burger was not well done as requested,... unless pink in the middle is the new well done. I even said no blood. The ribs were very tender, but the sauce was just barelyabove average at best. To top it off have you ever heard of a gift certificate that expires in nine months? They do here! Itexpired four days ago and they wouldn't honor it. Not a good first impression. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else thatcares about their customers. I won't be going back. Read more
Amazing food, great server and hostess. I got the porterhouse - medium and it was perfectly cooked, waitress was personable and... had fun with us. We come out to crown point once a year for a locally held charity even. this was the first time we ate here,but we will definitely be back! Read more
The Ribeye was amazing moist for a well done meat. Appetizers meatballs and beer cheese tater skins....the stagf are thebmost... friendly and owner came to our table and chatted with us for awhile. Can't wait to Read more
Came into here with the wife for date night deserts after having some delicious sushi upstairs (our waitress recommended prime... steakhouses deserts). No surprise her recommendation as spot on. The desert options here are bountiful and delicious. All of thestaff members here are very welcoming and friendly. Couple the excellent service with the classic theme of the steakhouse makesfor a fantastic experience. We will definitely becoming back to try out the dinner menu! Read more
Outstanding service, extensive drink list and delicious food! Make reservations on weekends. Seating available at the bar or... in the dining room. Prices are high but quality of food makes it palatable (pun intended). Try the Sweet Thai ChiliCauliflower appetizer. The porterhouse comes with 2 sides and a salad and is enough to share. We loved Prime before the remodel, and really love what they've done since. I had the special Dry Aged Ribeye and it was... fantastic! Bursting with flavor! Was happy to see a decent amount of Bourbons on the menu, but would always be welcome toseeing a few more of the "hard to find" options. Some familiar faces with the waitstaff who always do a wonderful job and havethe best personalities! Read more
Delightful atmosphere and friendly servers and host. Large portions even for children's menu. Condiments served in plastic... containers which a pet peeve of mine when I am paying over $30 for a burger but it is ok. For the most part, a wonderfulexperience. Read more
Our service was outstanding, our food, not so much. Raw oysters will almost nonexistent, steak was small & really 3 small pieces... of asparagus for a side? And we paid almost $13 for this super small chopped salad to go-we won?t be back. Read more
