Amy was very helpful & kind. I appreciate her taking the time to explain the options. She was quite laid back & her welcoming... demeanor made me feel comfortable. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is simply, because in my humble opinion, I think theprices are a little high. I have no complaints though. Great place! This is a very basic, natural healthy option to grabbing a shake a McDonalds. Can I say something has an earthy, green taste?... I guess I just did. I have been leaning more towards the vegetarian options in my life. This place definitely fits the bill. Thedrinks aren't dairy based. They have salads and I saw some muffins as well. I don't have the details on those items, as I wasspecifically going for the drinks. I would like to try their other options in the future. Read more
Friendly customer service, I personally love the Frank Sumatra, and its always clean and decorated with whatever the upcoming... holiday is. Definitely reccomend. I enjoy coming after my daily work outs. Great post work out atmosphere, smoothies, and food. Read more
I love the acai bowls! Usually they're very friendly and helpful, (just not today I guess) answering any questions I have. This... Sunday, my husband and I came in and 2 girls came out of the back, 1 seemed annoyed that we came in. No welcome, no smiles, nowhat can I get you. I wouldn't want these 2 representing my business. Tried them twice... the service is not friendly at all. First time when I asked how it worked, the young lady didn?t offer any... kind of explanation of products, just pointed to the menu and said here?s the menu. Neither of the workers were friendly. Mysmoothie was great, although highly priced. Gave them a 2nd chance, again they were not friendly and I asked if they did aslice of lemon or orange with the wheat grass shot and the cashier kind of stared at me then proceeded to tell her co-worker howsomeone may have started doing that... the other worker, I assume manager, looked over her shoulder and gave her a funny look,so I guess that meant NO, she kept her back to me never acknowledging me. The other worker just smirked. Very unfriendlyenvironment. Was willing to pay the high prices, because it?s close to home. But no thanks, I will take the drive over badcustomer service. Read more
Pretty decent, definitely better and fresher than a McDonald's and Jamba. My biggest issue is the price vs what I received. I... paid an extra .75 for a protein scoop and then don't even get the entire contents of the blender therefore losing part of myprotein scoop I paid extra for. Was kind of upsetting considering I paid like $10 bucks for my smoothie. Seems like a huge wasteand not sure I'll be back. Read more
