I place a mobile order before leaving my house and 25 mins later still have to wait inside for my drink.
I called to ask a question and they said they were too busy and hung up. Very rude. Very unprofessional.

If I could give zero stars I would. Sat in drive through for 20 mins. I got to the menu board but the speaker was behind me. She... asked me to back up which I couldn?t due to the line of cars behind me. Once I got to the window I went to order. She said shecouldn?t take my order at the window I had to go back in line or come inside. I have a baby in my car screaming so there is noway for me to wait another 20 mins in line or bring her inside. Extremely upset I wasted my time to deal with a rude employee. Read more
I understand that places are low on employees, but I was waiting inside for 20 mins for my order. I was asked twice what my name... was and still nothing. The last straw was when a customer came in and said I just made an mobile order and the employee said Igot it right here. How did he get his before mine? Tall, skinny, white older woman does not listen to what you order or how drink is wrong. I Explain what is wrong with drink (it... is a simple fix just wrong flavor) gives me a completely different drink. All she had to do was read the sticker on cup when Isaid ?it is the same exact drink just with a different flavor?.
