I understand the labor shortage, but if you're going to have the doors locked, at least put up a sign on how to get your food.... Maybe this is something out of the control of the particular restaurant, but it shouldn't let you order for inside pickup whenthe inside is closed Read more
Wife goes to get food, they mess up her order, she pulls back around, they mess it up again! Reading order tickets is not... difficult. Having employees who do not care is a huge problem. Obviously no manager exists after 5pm. Read more
The manager was on top of things and was running his crew like a seasoned vet. He even acknowledged that the bags of chips were... low and got on his crew about it. We used to eat here frequently, but not anymore. Orders are almost always missing items, or done wrong. Got new cantina chicken... taco this time and there was one nugget sized piece of chicken in them (3 of them). All had the same tiny triangle nugget. Won'tgo back any time soon. Read more
Went inside around 6pm and it was VERY busy of course. My order was taken quickly by a very kind and helpful gentlemen who... tolerated all my questions with a smile. If he wasn?t taking orders, he was opening the door for customers. I could see in backof him a crew of VERY efficient workers. I watched as they all worked in harmony. No one answers in the drive thru. Crazy. Ignored the person in front of me, then me, next the lady behind me I?m sure. If you... can?t take orders in the drive thru a hand written sign is not hard to put up so people don?t wait and wait. They literally lostout on business. Read more
