First timer...Niece told my sister and I about it. Found out that they are only open on Sunday's ,and you have to place your... order online, and pick it up on Sunday from 1-5pm. I tried the Creamy Cheddar Bacon Chicken Bubble Biscuit Casserole with GarlicButtered Green Beans, and it was delicious and filling. Their dessert was.....WOW. Tried to go, and they no longer existed you will find a jewelry store but thats it. Sad ???? I'm updating my reviews to 4... stars, but keep in mind they arnt located in any building (see comment below from owner) I've never had their food, and honestlyprobably never will. I'd like to start by saying they have a great product and seem like lovely people. That are not so lovely if you have an issue... with their service. Several times over the winter they changed the pick up dates and just put that information on Facebook. Iorder through their website, and their Facebook page rarely shows up on my feed. Two people I recommended to them stoppedordering from them because of this issue, and when we said they should send out an email when they change their dates fell ondeaf ears. I stayed with them because I just loved the food. Then I ordered for a pick up on Mother's Day this year. Ireceived my confirmation email that stated to pick up on that Sunday. They weren't there and of course posted it on Facebookthat the dates would change. As a busy professional I don't hang out on Facebook a lot. I mostly just post for businessreasons and I'm off. This time my problems didn't fall on deaf ears. I was told there would be no refund, and that no one elsehad a problem with knowing about the date change. At that point I was going to send them my receipt that specifically said pickit up on Sunday, but I just stopped. I don't need a business trying to gaslight me. I know this has been an issue with others. One Saturday when I went to pick up my order there were 3 other people on the porch of their business who were LIVID becausethey weren't open. Another looked it up on Facebook and there it was - they had an emergency and wouldn't be there. Running asmall business is hard, but you need to be professional and treat your customers right. If you have time to check Facebookevery week and can deal with changing pick up days by all means order from them. The food is delicious. Read more
