We ordered 3 large pizzas to take over to a friend's house. Pizzas were made in a timely manner. When we got to the friends... house and opened the pizzas, the white pizza was so over cooked that you could not tell it was a white pizza. The second pizzasgreen peppers and onions was slightly over cooked but edible. The 3rd pizza was cooked just right. (Kinda sounds like aGoldilocks and the 3 Bears story) I returned to the shop and asked for a remake of the white pizza. The owner was veryapologetic and quickly refired a new pizza, (and allowed us to keep the overcooked one). He was extremely upset at the qualitysent out, and spoke to his newly hired employees about expectations. Read more
Don't expect any special requests to be fulfilled. I was told, "We are too busy to read the notes." After 5 years ordering from... Milanos through Slice, I am done. Perhaps without my patronage, they will have enough time to provide better service. Read more

Called in an order, went to pay at time they said it would be ready. It was not even started. Pizza is average and price is... way too high for quality of food. Plus the old timers sitting outside smoking...isn't the best either. Read more
I placed my first ever order through slice for this pizza place. We made our order which included a large vegetarian pizza which... listed it's ingredients as follows mushrooms, tomato's, green pepper, onion and olives. I add Italian sausage and I place ourorder thinking I knew exactly what kind of pizza I'm getting. The pizza gets here and it's loaded with banana peppers. There isabsolutely no mention of it in the app menu or online menu. I absolutely detest banana peppers so I contact the store. I speakto the manager who is not listening to anything I am saying. I ask for her to listen as she isn't hearing what I'm saying andshe proceeds to hang up on me. I call back asking for the owners number as I wasn't being rude and wanted to know how they couldfix the pizza. She proceeds to yell at me and say she doesn't need customers like me who just make trouble. If me saying theydid not deliver on their own menu items is trouble then they should not be in business. She refused to give me the owners numberand hung up on me again. To say I am livid to be treated with absolute disrespect is an understatement. To be treated soabhorrently is unacceptable. spending our money at a place to turn around treat me like that is disgusting. I've never orderedfrom them before and I will never again. Milano's is our go to local pizza place. We have young ones that don't generally allow us to stray far from a pretty basic... pizza order so we haven't tried all their menu has to offer. What we do know is that they also have good lightly batteredchicken tenders with a really tasty house barbeque sauce for those non pizza nights. The staff are amazing and always friendlyand polite. When one of our kiddos had an odd, off menu request for their 3rd birthday dinner, their staff was able to throwsomething together to make his day.
