Don?t order from here after 10pm! We got food delivered by Door Dash at 10:15pm on a Tuesday night and ordered wings, a double... cheeseburger, chicken sandwich, and potato wedges w chili. We were missing half the order, the burger had jalapeños on it forsome reason and the bun was hard and the chili on the potatoes was so old that it was completely dried out and began to dry andcrack like a desert. Got the money back from Door Dash for the missing items and called store the next day when they opened(they were closed by the time we got our food so clearly they were lazy and just didn?t want to make fresh food) and the manageracted like since Door Dash did something, he could care less! Although I love B-dubs, I was disappointed twice consecutively at this location. The first time, I picked up my boneless wings... (on time) and when I opened them later, they were barely warm and had barely any sauce (see photo in this review). I complainedand they gave me enough blazin rewards to redeem for more free boneless wings. When I picked up those wings, they were evendrier! I didn't complain that time because obviously they don't address quality issues at this location. If you like dry andslightly warm wings, this is your place! Read more
Stopped in while traveling. Came in late night for end of the night drinks and wings. Restaurant was clean, being cleaned whole... time I was here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even while cleaning, very attentive and fast. Drinks were cold and good,wings were great! That Mango Habanero definitely has a bite to it. Every sport or game that I could want was on, very upbeat,relaxing place to stop. I appreciate this after being on the road all day, driving 500+ miles. My go-to place, wherever I am,Thanks!!! Great and quick service. Was seated, ordered our food and then got our food right away. It did get busy towards 9:30pm. Lastly,... food was good. Just wasn't a fan of the dry rub because there was barely any seasoning on it. Aside from that, overall goodexperience. Read more
One waitress busting her butt between five tables. There were other employees just standing around. What I thought was... interesting as we were in there for about an hour and 20 minutes , from the time we got there to the time we left there was apretty big table standing full of dirty plates cups and napkins, suppose they expected the one waitress to deal with all thattoo. Food took longer than usual. Didn't receive our appetizer till basically we were already done with all our other food. Ihappened to overhear a GrubHub driver who was also very upset with service he was yelling and very displeased all the employeesseem to pass blame on to everyone else. Food was ok. Thought it started as a first good experience in over three visits with everything checked off the order as received and... confirmed. Then went to go for celery and saw that we received (see attached photos). The last several orders I've received aspick up orders were all missing the celery carrots sides/dips all together, even when charged extra for it, but decided to letit go. THIS, however, is upsetting and seems quite unsanitary. Please Buffalo Wild Wings, do better. Read more
I want to cry. What even is this in the photo? It?s not a human made material nor is it some type of edible food. It looks like... skin. There is no chicken skin on boneless wings and even if the workers were lazy and somehow mixed the boneless w/ the bone inand skin fell off into my box, I know what chicken skin looks like and what I showed in the picture is not that. I even ate twopieces of the chicken in the box before noticing, the thing on my fork there are miniature parts of it/parts that broke offthroughout the chicken in the box. The whole box in the trash and I feel so disgusted. This is my first time coming to thislocation and I promise you I will not be back. On top of the health hazard of whatever that material is in the box, I ordered 4different types of boneless chicken. All of them were over cooked to the point of being dry and hard to chew, all 4 of themweren?t sauced enough, and despite waiting at the to go counter for them to make my food all 4 of the boneless chickens theygave me were cold. I LOVE B-Dubs! But I was SO sad when I finally got home to enjoy it with my family....there literally was NO sauce mixed with... the wings. Like non! You can't even taste any sauce on it! I was so bummed! I know I did not just spend over $120 somethingbucks for my wings to not even be coated with sauce! I mean, that's what you're known for! And if there was, ya'll are greedyand need to fix ASAP! I didn't even get my celery sticks or baby carrots! Which it states, that's comes with party orders.Dissatisfied and disappointed. ????
