I Chipotle Mexican grill in crystal,mn 1 star I was there 20 mins befor closing knock on door but staff tells me there CLOSED.... As I'm leave your staff are laughing and gave me the middle finger. One lady with blue hair laughing like it's funny, This isthe kind of workers you hire at your store. Plus there was a manner on duty (like any another Restaurant at night) that knowsthey closed early but obviously he doesn't care. Maybe you should get a new manager for your night duty. Sould have known by the 2.4 rating for this location. It's all over google that this particluar store is horrible. Learn how to... follow the guidelines typed up for you on the wall, by the company! It's literally right there step by step! Your white rice wasliterally hard and undercooked, the hot sause was runny or watered down, the guacamole tasted bland and your chips were drenchedin oil. I will never patronize this store again, if you cannot read the directions on the cooking cards/sheets, there is noreason you should be making my food!! Very disappointed I wasted $26-$27 on two bowls and a children's chicken quesadilla; whydon't you make normal chicken quesadilla's at this location? And why in the heck do you have to order "online" to get a normaladult sized quesadilla?? But, in store you get a small taco sized shell with chicken in cheese in it. <<>>Get it together Chipotle, you used to be the #1 quick and heatlthy alternative place to eat. Now I'm scared to eat there becauseyou never know what you're going to get or what your food will actually taste like. Some of the customers on here complain too much. The portions here are great. & they?ve never messed up any of my food.... Sometimes they?re understaffed but they make me happy. I worked at chipotle for 4 years. Sometimes you?re gonna run out ofstuff. Sometimes you get brown lettuce or hard avocados or soggy tomatoes. Totally out of the stores control. Sometimes it?s toobusy to clean a table because you're running a shift with 3 people. Sometimes you have to wait a little longer for your food.Nobody wants to work this industry these days & these guys are doing their best to run the store.. but yall still wannacomplain. Every time i order from this chipoltle, the order is wrong. I ordered delivery from them 3 times over two months and it was... wrong Every time. I told myself i would never go back, but they're the closest one to me and so i just ordered takeout fromthem for lunch today. A bowl with rice, chicken and pinto beans. I get back to work and open it up.. yep, sure enough. Blackbeans instead of pinto. Cool. Bad job crystal chipoltle. Bad job. Avoid this location at all costs. Read more

This restaurant rarely ever gets my order right. Which seems insane because my order is "White rice, black beans, cheese, and a... side of sour cream". It's not complicated. It's even printed on a little sheet of paper for them every time, since I orderdelivery. Worst of all, instead of making it right by bringing me my *actual* order, they just give me a credit for a free mealitem. But since there's a minimum delivery charge I have to order extra food just to use it. Super sick of this place. Won'tever be ordering from them again. Company needs a massive overhaul if they think a free menu item "makes things right" whenyour dinner plans for the evening are ruined. Having worked in food service for several years, it was pretty easy for me to see that this location has some issues which need... to be resolved. I ordered online for pickup about an hour ahead of time. By the time I was finished at the gym, it was mypickup time, so I think it would have been reasonable to expect that my order would be ready for me. I arrived 10 minutes aftermy pickup time and my order was not on the shelf. It took a solid few minutes for me to flag down a staff member and get them tolook into my order. They spent another few minutes searching through the computer and did find mine. However, that does notmean that my order was ready. I was told by an employee that my order would have to be remade because "someone took it". Whilethat's possible, I have a hunch that what really happened is that they lost my order ticket. I don't know if they actuallyexpedited my order or if they just found it waiting in the kitchen, but the remade (possibly original) order did come out prettyquickly. Still, in the restaurant I worked at, it would have been unacceptable to not have a customer's order ready at theirrequested pickup time, especially if they ordered an hour ahead. And I know that quite a few other people have had experienceslike this at this location. Yikes. Read more

Unreal since when does chipotle make half burritos? I went into this chipotle staff was very unprofessional and they didn?t have... anything 1 hour before closing time. No chicken no white rice no lettuce and was told they were not going to make more. Won?t begoing to this location anymore. Read more
