So I was just at this store and spoke with the general manager there of this particular store and she didn't resolve my issue... that I have! I had gotten a Domino?s coupon for a free cheesy bread for being a loyal customer and she didn't accept my emailthat I had received yesterday. She simply said the emails have nothing to do with them and is out of their control. If she was aprofessional manager she would have accepted my email and given me a free cheesy bread that doesn?t cost them nothing! So now Iam calling the corporate office and complaining to them about my situation and let's see what they can offer to me! I am verydisappointed at the store and the quality of service she gave me as a loyal customer! Read more

Terrible manager!!! Call to order pizza and had a coupon but was told they wouldn't honor it even though it had their... location printed on it( nice hustle). Asked to speak to the manager, she had a very demeanor attitude, not answering myquestion directly and talking over me,so I couldn't ask further questions, then hung up on me. I have dealt with every type of customer over 40 years and would never treat a customer this way. For sure will never order from here and willdefinitely let the people in my neighborhood know. I would give zero stars if possible. Ordered pizzas over 2 hours ago. Tried calling the store for 45 minutes no answer. Drove to... the store, lights on food on the counter, the door is locked and no one around. I had hoped just to be able to pick up the foodthinking they may be short drivers or something. Nope. Called the 800 number, zero help from them I was told to call the storethey didn't care that no one was there or not answering. I have starving kids and now nothing else is open any where near ourhotel. Can't get my money refunded either at this point. Hopefully my bank can put a stop payment. If will be a very very longtime, if ever, before I try Domino's again after this customer service experience. Read more

I came in, order a sandwich and pasta. The cashier requested $17 and some change. I then told her that I wanted the mix and... match. She replied "we don't do that unless you ask". WOW....I guess this Domino's is not really looking for repeat customers.Who wouldn't want the deal and if you know that you have a deal as such if you're a good not having to be a great worker, thenyou should know what deals you have and offer them to the customers. It's the simplest thing in life that makes most individualsfeel wanted and make them return for more and this was not one to make you want to return ???? ???? Read more

Waited 45min for my order to move out of the ?prep? stage before calling to get an update. Was hung up on. Called back, actually... spoke to someone and they said it could be up to another hour - they?re just sitting on the order. Canceled the order. Noapology/validation given. I understand shortstaffing, but if receiving a pizza is going to take 2hrs, give guests theopportunity to dine/order elsewhere by forewarning them and/or shut down online ordering to keep up with the pace of demand. Can I give negative reviews? Jessica the "manager" needs help. We WERE loyal domino's pizza eaters. After we ordered for my sons... 2nd birthday with company waiting for 2 ½ hours our order was just canceled. Ended up getting fast food at 830 at night to feedour kids. A few months later we gave them a regretfully a second chance. We waited another 2 hours after our order. I gave upand started making dinner from scratch. Once I was about to plate the meal a knocked was on the door. I told the delivery womanto find a new job with a better leader. This store needs to be closed or completely remanaged. Read more

Horrible management! I ordered their new 5 cheese dip and they gave me pasta, when I called they said they couldn't fix it, I... had to come up there and get it myself. When I asked if I could place ANOTHER PIZZA ORDER, and they comp the cheese dip "the socalled manager" at that store hung up on me. Poor service. NEVER AGAIN CRYSTAL LOCATION YOU MESSED UP FOR THE LAST TIME! youlocation is garbage you don't care about customers. I hope you guys close down! I would give it zero if that was an option. First, they messed up my original order and gave me an empty box. After calling the... store five different times and being put on hold, I finally got a customer service representative to get into the store. Therewas no apology given. When I arrived to pick up missed pizza, they hadn't made it (they set the pickup time). Said it would onlytake 15mins. After waiting 15 minutes, my pizza hadn't been made. I was not offered a refund or an apology for the horrific,time-wasting service. The pizza that I received was made incorrectly. Read more
