Hands down consistently the worst Tim Hortons in the Niagara Region. Poor service, slow service. Food is sloppy. If you have 30... min. to wait for a single coffee, this is the place for you. The last time I went in to get my order the shift manager wasyelling at the staff which made the patrons all very uncomfortable. To that shift manager... I was embarrassed for you, trysupporting and building up your staff not belittling them in public and you might find you will have a smoother shift. I was at the crystal Beach location. Waited in an enormous line up. Just to get the order wrong. I parked the car and went... inside to just exchange it for the right one. The line up was 20 minutes. I explained to the gentleman that the order was wrongand he politely said sorry and put it in for the right order. I then ordered ten timbits along with the exchange order andthat's when things went south. The assistant manager then told me to go to the back of the line to order the Tim bits. I triedto explain what happened but she was so ignorant to me that other patrons got involved and backed me up . She would not listento anything I had to say. She wanted me to get the order that was a mistake and then go back into the 20 minute line up to orderthe Tim Bits. She was yelling at me and was just sio inconsiderate to me and other patrons who stood by me in that line up. Iwent home and called to the store to speak with the manager but he was unavailable so I left my number. No return call. I phonedhead office and told my story and they apologized and said somebody will get back to me. Nope no return call. What a joke. Icould go on about that store but people like that don't deserve anything but to get fired for being so rude and obnoxious tocustomers who have waited in two line ups for 40 minutes in total just to get a bit of food and the get yelled at for it. If zero stars were an option, I would put that. You'd think that a Tim Hortons who had staffing issues and communication... problems about a month ago resulting in in store closure,would have learned from their past mistakes,but no such luck and it'seven worse than it was with the old staff and managers. I can usually expect to wait at least 20 minutes for my order everytimeI come here, and the only reason why I DO GO THERE, is because it's a two block walk from my home. You essentially have newstaff that has been thrown to the wolves and set up to fail,because of improper training. Smarten up guys, or I will just driveto Stevensville. Read more

When I went to this location only drive through open...and this was at 2 pm on a Saturday. Said staff shortage was the... issue....maybe so but unfortunately that is not my problem. Another reason for the 3 stars was SLOW service in the drivethrough...made lines extend out and down the road. Saw several people drive in..read the sign that stated no inside service andleft.... This Tim Hortons does not understand mobile ordering at all -when you place a mobile order you are then asked to get into the... line to order either inside or drive through and wait for your coffee.it saves no time at all. They need to check with everyother Tim Hortons to understand how mobile ordering works and what the purpose is . Service is very very slow whether you go inor drive through. Very understaffed but the staff they do have are polite. Read more

Went in a weeks vacation to Chrystal Beach last week. We went to this location and couldn?t believe how dirty it is. The front... doors and all windows and floors were filthy. Who owns this store. Shame on you. Just because you have a thriving business andpeople continue to request your store doesn?t mean you stop cleaning. Head Office, please do something about it Read more

Very busy location in the morning, staff members at the till inside are in training but the other crew members caught the... mistakes and gave me the correct change and fixed my order before it made it to me at the pickup counter. Other people waitingin the store were cursing and yelling at staff, something to keep in mind if you bring children inside with you. Read more

Apparently if a staff member doesn't properly hear what you ask for they refuse to remake your order and they put up quite a... fight to give a refund or a receipt even for the order. How is it my problem that my order was not punched in properly iveliterally never had this issue anywhere else. Disgusting the rude attitude of the woman running the place. You can tell herstaff wanted to help me and they are afraid of her. Read more
