I live approximately 13 miles from the nearest Casey's store. While dog sitting the last few days in the direct vicinity of... your Festus/Crystal City location I was excited to be able to enjoy your breakfast pizza & a taco pizza for dinner. I stoppedin last night (06/16/22) picked up my pizza and the cashier announced she was only accepting credit/debit cards. I only hadcash. So when it was my turn to pay I asked if there was a problem paying with cash I was told yes because she was in theprocess of counting down her drawer so she could leave and didn't want to start her count all over but if that was all I had shedidn't have a choice. Seriously? Stopped in this morning to grab a couple slices of breakfast pizza. There was none and wastold it would be 4 to 8 minutes for the next one. I settled on biscuits and gravy and a quart of milk. Again, I dealt with asuper rude cashier. She placed the cold milk in with the hot biscuits and gravy. I get to the car to pull the milk out of thebag but in the mean time the milk popped the lid off of the biscuits and gravy. It was all over the milk and the inside of thebag. Not only was it a huge mess I obviously had no breakfast. I know times are tough right now but a simple smile and a halfway friendly attitude do go a long way. Ordered pizza and informed them of a coupon. Was told the coupon would be rang up at the time of pickup. When I picked up the... pizza I was told the coupon wasnt valid, was old, and wasnt honored by corporate. Why was none of this said before I ordered? Ontop of being rude about it now a coupon I bought from a school fundraiser for a football team, we all know the football books,was being denied even though it has a date of 3/30/22. Poor service and not honoring what is apparent to be a valid coupon isthe straw for me. I have too many options to deal with service like this! Read more
I am from Shreveport, La we don't have a Casey's General Store but have eaten there in Broken Arrow love their pizzas, since I... was in Missouri decided to stop & get a pizza. Ordered two pizzas online requested time was 7pm, arrived at 6:50pm we had towait 20min for our food, the cashier stated that the worker was new ok I get it. Got home pizza was horrible, crust was notdone, after bragging on Casey's pizza that they pizza are the best I was upset & embarrassed. Read more
I usually go to the one in Hillsboro and that one is WAY BETTER! I ordered pizza online for curbside pickup. Got there, and... their phone line was busy! I called 3 times to let them know I was there for pickup and couldn't get through! So, I had to bravethe pandemic to go into their busy store anyway just to get my pizza. What is the point of curbside service if people can't useit? Not only that but they overcooked the pizza and teh cheese on top was too dark. Horrible, won't go back. Read more
Casey's is one of the best tasting Pizzas around the St Louis area!! They even gave us two free Pizzas for having to wait 30... mins after showing up. Awesome!! Read more
Totally rude and useless every time I've been there. Complaining about everything from missing their break to having to mop.... Told me I shouldn't come in late at night because she was busy. Not my problem. You're open and it's your job to make food.Contacted corporate with no response. I've never heard of a place saying not to come and ask for the services they offer becausethey're busy. I haven't been back since. Read more
Can you please explain why you (the older lady with dark brown, tighly curled hair at the register this morning) wouldn't accept... my cash? Your credit card machine wasn't even down.
