There is a very friendly employee here in the Crystal City location named Bill, who gives the greatest customer service. So I went in last week and ordered wings. 30 bucks for 18 wings. Ordered well done and they were soggy and still raw to me ( I?m... weird about chicken). Well I answered the survey sent to my email and expressed I wasn?t happy about wasting that money. Themanager called me back the next day! She apologized and put 40 bucks on my phone number. I ordered them today along with a fewpizzas and they were excellent. What impressed me the most was the call back. Me and my pals where enjoying are time in festus and we decided for pizza hut for dinner. So we got there and someone was paying... so we waited till they were done and the front desk lady With blonde hair dont acknowledge us till we spoke up and we asked fora table of four. We were seated and immediately, she was telling us what they had and hadn't to drink, we chose then she askedIf we wanted bread or cheese stick. Three of us wanted bread while my other pal wanted cheese we couldn't decide. Sheimmediately looked frustrated and impatient. We decide to go with Bread stick. We never got the bread sticks and we were stillcharge for those. We were making jokes and have a good old laugh and no one was there, only workers so we weren't disturbinganyone. The blonde woman took the seasonings away The front desked started to lecture us on how I myself was acting like a childand told my pals how they needed to learn manners when we walked in using manner But yet I sat there and we still waited for arefood and still used are manners despite being lectured. Then we went right back to cracking some jokes on how we should havesome domino's cause service at pizza hut wasn't the best and when the pizza come out some old hag comes out with the check andrequest we hurried up and leaved and she sat there and lectures us to and we never gave them attitude nor did we stand up forourselves which we should have but we didnt cause we weren,t animals. We started to eat making some more jokes taking are timethen someone at my table said they could just go and get some seasonings from the other table then the same old hag comesthrough and takes all the other seasonings away from the tables kinda like she had been listening to us. So we had wasted timeand money coming to some place cant even have a fun time without the people treating us like dirt. Then we were paid extra.Don't recommend festus pizza. Read more
I looked up the price to get 4 large pizza's with 3 toppings and the website said it was 10 a piece...when I called the store... they said it was 13.99....they informed me that they were not a corporate store and that price was only for corporatestores....it doesn't say that on the website...you need to be more clear on this when you post your prices on your website...Iknow it doesn't seem like a lot but this is a treat for my family...we don't order out very often...#disappointed Read more

The waitress was very accommodating. Mackenzie I think was her name. She had the entire eating area. She was so kind. ... Crazy. That there was one waitress on a Sunday. Pizza Hut really needs to do better. She never complained but you could tell shewas tired and stressed. Then the second server / waitress came after the first finally got to go home and she had delivery andcash register and tables in restaurant to serve. What the world?! May not return unless Mackenzie (I think) is working.Pleasant and smiled in spite of a bad situation in my opinion. We had 6 adults and they had trouble keeping up. The new melts was made very cheaply we ordered a pepperoni lovers it had 3 pepperoni on it and we got a meat lovers it had very... little meat in it.
