I would give a 0 if that were an option. I ordered online 2 wraps and a foot long along with 4 chocolate chip cookies. When I... arrived to get my ordered I asked if the cookies were in the bag. They guy behind the counter said no because they were out. Ithen said I have already paid for them so can get my money back. I was then told no. I asked so I have to pay for food I don'tget and the cashier stated if I wanted they could just give me cheesecake cookies (which I don't like). The worse subway I have ever been too! Terrible service and awful food. It?s a shame.
Ordered thru Door Dash app and order was right when placed and immediately acknowledged by Subway. When order arrived to our... home only 1 sandwich was made as requested. The other 2 sandwiches the bread was wrong and the toppings were wrong. OrderedTurkey on Italian Cheese bread with onions, lettuce, tomato, banana peppers with Chipotle sauce and received Turkey on 9 grainbread with onions, pickles, black olives, lettuce, and onion teriyaki sauce. The bread and toppings were for my husband's SpicyItalian sandwich and he received my bread with my toppings. Subway blamed Door Dash, but still to this day the order shows howwe ordered it and the order we placed was accepted immediately by Subway upon placing the order so it is hard to believe DoorDash changed what I entered before sending the order. Ordered through their online app, both sandwiches where completely wrong, neither where toasted, neither had any cheese i paid... extra for, both had the WRONG sauces on them and neither had ANY toppings even though i put what toppings i wanted. Then when icalled to complain it wnt to their voicemail, which is full, 8 times before they finally picked up, wouldnt listen to me, thenhung up on me. When i went back to get the sandwiches fixed The employee spit at me, cussed at me, and threatened to fight me inthe parking lot after throwing the sandwiches at me. The person making the sandwiches was very nice. The younger one with the nasty looking earrings in, he was rude to the older... guy. Doesn't make me want to go back. Read more
Friendly staff and good service. The food is on par with what you come to expect from a good subway. What really earns this... place 5 stars is the location. It's not too far from the main part of town, but far enough away to not be packed or difficult todrive to and from. They also offer a discount for law enforcement, which is very respectable for a place to forego some profitto support the individuals that put their lives on the line for us everyday. Read more
Typical subway food is good and fresh not sure the girls that work there really want to be there but that's the normal now
