Website and google search shows they close at 11 pm. Yet when we stopped at 10:30 pm today, 2 girls were outside smoking not... wanting to work. Either they are getting paid for the hr and avoiding work or they are taking their own breaks while lying tocustomers. Where is management ?? Read more
Went to pick up ice cake for my son birthday ordered 2 boxes of coffe everything was supposed to be ready for pick up i got... there first they couldn't locate where te cake is than i found out they have to make the coffee cuz nothing was ready yet afterbeing already late for the party they give me overfilled boxes that looked like well see the picture yourself Jaxon or whateverhis name was was totally clueless about anything that was going on never going back for business to that place again horriblehorrible experience and Service Read more
I love baskin robbins but this location is not the best. The ice cream was all frost bit and i had ice chuncks and shavings in... my scoops. The lids they lift over the ice creams were off the hinges and fell into the ice cream tubs. Staff was nice at least. Read more
Ice Cream cake!! So much better than than ice cream cakes at that other ice cream place. Order early, website says 24 hours,... but they say 48. The manager worked some magic to get our birthday girl her cake. Thank you! Read more
Ice cream is good... quite cold. Pint size ice cream didn't seem to be full though when I got them home. Also, speaker quality... in drive through is horrible... they need to get that fixed. Had to pull around and wait in a parking spot for ice cream to comeout, and it seems like they took car of everyone else in line before bringing our order out. Read more
Just left the drive thru and had the worst experience ever! They were rude and didn?t even have many of the flavors that the... girl told us they had. We were given our drinks and told to taste them and if they were to watery that she would fix them, soshe took them back, I then watched as she took the drink dumped it back into the blender and added a scoop or two more of icecream to thicken it. I?m no health expert but I don?t think you?re supposed to do that... and then they forgot one of my shakesso I proceeded to ask for my missing shake and the man started to throw a blender into the sink and be rude to me and everyonein my car... they also didn?t give us straws so we went down the road to McDonald?s where they gladly gave us straws. The number of times i have had a bad experience at this place is ridiculous. Today I ordered 2 small shakes. 1 mint the other... being chocolate. I got, 1 mint shake that didnt taste like mint because they had put a banana in it and not to mention theyfilled 3/4 of the cup, I also got a chocolate shake in a medium cup filled 1/4 of the way. If this isn't enough for you, one ofthe people working there dropped an iced coffee all over the place while freaking out calling for help. If only someone elsecould have seen the stupidity of the 3 people working there. The man that took my orders was also laughing about 75% of the timemessing around. All in all, the workers are awful 50% of the time and the only reason i gave 2 stars is because i have had atleast 1 good experience here. DO NOT come here expecting anything special. Read more
Store posted sign that they changed hours and would be closing at 7pm for April 15th and 16th. Doors were locked at 5pm. We... knocked to get their attention and they refused to unlock the doors to let anyone in. Read more
