The "new" manager at this location is anything but service-minded. I stopped to to gas up as I had done for years and was... virtually reprimanded for wanting to pay for gas and other items after filling up (as I had done for years at this location).This station is in peaceful Crystal Lake. The manager was downright irate with me and literally, just kept reminding me that shewas the MANAGER, rather than hearing me out. It was totally uncalled for and unprofessional. Given the attitude of managementhere, as well as the policy of pre-pay at Circle K. I'm out. I will get my gas at the Mobil down the street, where they aretruly friendly, service-minded and do not reprimand their customers for paying AFTER filling up and gathering things like food,beverages, washer fluid, car washes, propane, etc. Update, management has definitely made some changes. Usually the cheapest gas in Crystal Lake. Having 12 pumps means you never have to wait.

There circle k carwash was literally 2 mins tops and it sucked
