One of the worst locations I've been to compared to the one one in Marengo. Waited almost 30 minutes with a full store waiting... and waiting for some reason. Everyone was getting impatient and the staff could care less. Our pizza was fresh but theexperience was a complete nightmare. Go buy a frozen pizza and save yourself the hassle. Read more

Nothing hot and ready. The guy at the counter tried telling me that their "hot and ready" (what's listed right in front of you... when you walk in the door) regular pepperoni pizza has to be cooked when you get there....no matter what. It's always going totake about 10 minutes. So I got cheesy bread (for the same price, 7+ with tax) that's burned and the size of my hand. Had tomake it a side dish for my son's dinner. Never again!! This location is so poorly run from the customer service to the food quality! The crazy bread is never fresh or consistently... made. You never know if you?re going to get the dry dough or the fresh buttery/parm covered kind! Today the worker was outsmoking in front and watched me come in and did not come in to work the cash register and take my order until I walked back outto say there?s no workers. Opened my first two bags of crazy bread to find dry dough with no butter coating or parm, so I wentback in and asked for fresh sticks and was met with hostility and then my 2nd order/the re-do the bread was filled with blackinside and outside. Nothing left to do but leave a bad review. We are constantly getting dark brown overcooked dry pizzas. We have complained... before. We had pizzas replaced one time, to their credit. We have now taken up the extra step of always asking for our items tobe cooked lightly, even though according to what the products look like on the menu, the pizzas are not supposed to be dark inthe first place. It's not a special request, more like asking "please cook the pizzas correctly". Tonight we got a dark brownpizza and dark cheese bread AFTER the additional request that they be cooked lightly and the employee said "no problem". I havehad this issue at other nearby locations too and wish I could find a regional manager to ask why this is happening. But otherlocations have at least done a better job once we started asking for the light bake. I wanted one last pizza before I have tostart preparing myself for a surgery in a few weeks, and my last meal was overcooked junk again. I don't know why they cannotfigure out their oven temps or cook times. If you love dark brown dry pizza, go here. If you want cheesy white pizza like shownin promotional materials, go to a different location. We have been eating LC for years. We know how it is supposed to taste. Read more
