I am so disappointed in Mugs Crystal Lake. I lived in Crystal Lake for years so when a work meeting was in Crystal Lake I... suggested Mugs. After an hour and 20 mins my boss called to see what the progress was on the order. We were told when thedriver got back our order was next out. At the 2 hour mark we called again and it wasn't even out the door yet. So if our foodwas even ready after 2 hours it had been sitting for over 40 minutes. I ordered this last night at work for myself and 5 other guys. I ordered ?3 large pizzas?? 1. BLT 2. Meat lovers 3. BBQ chicken.... The order came and only two pizzas were there with a BBQ chicken sandwich. I told the delivery guy that the order was incorrect.He contacted Muggs and the woman on the phone said ? we can can send another pizza out but we are going to charge you for it.?So we ate their mistake and paid 72$ for 2 pizzas and a chicken sandwich without delivery tip. This place is open till 3 am! Placed an order while working on the road paving. The pizza was done perfectly and just like I... like it! I always pass this establishment but today I finally stopped in and ordered a pizza with wings. The food is made to order and... smelled great. Everything was served hot and tasted fresh. Mugs is the perfect everyone pleaser. No one ever has anything bad to say! Good price for the quality of food too, friendly... people working there. Also they're usually open pretty late! The staff is also very health conscious and that is alwaysappreciated! Read more
