I ordered broccoli beef and noticed that they were so much more broccoli than beef. So I asked to exchange some of the excessive... broccoli with some beef. The woman who worked there refused but offer to put more broccoli in exchange for small amount of beefTHATS ALREADY IN MY BOWL. Such a sham. The rice in the fried rice was also under cooked. Every time I?ve ordered from this panda through door dash my order doesn?t come with any sauce, utensils or anything else I... requested through the app. This is ridiculous the fact that it happens every time and even more so the food isn?t the freshest,the broccoli is always brown and wilted and the spring rolls are cold and damp. Chow me in was okay at best. Not very flavorful but it wasn?t greasy. So that?s good. That?s about where it ends. Broccoli beef... had essentially RAW broccoli. Wasn?t even warm. Mushroom chicken had three pieces of chicken. Orange chicken was disgusting andmade with processed chicken. Literally chicken nuggets covered in a sauce that was bitter and no orange flavor. Very rude people that work here. I got here about an hour before closing and I got a plate. Nobody was even working and they... barely had any food. I got orange chicken and asked if I could have fresh beef and broccoli since it looked wilted and cold. Thegirls responded back with, ?there are still 3-4 portions here?. I didn?t wanna argue and said okay. Got home (I don?t love farfrom here), and tried it, was cold, and still ate it since everything closes so early. My stomach started hurting. Never had a problem with the amount of food like other reviews, but today I definitely got food poisoning after ordering food... from here. I feel like it's happened before if I remember correctly. Violently sick; I won't be able to eat Panda ever againunfortunately. Read more
I dunno - reading these reviews, I feel like this place saw us coming and made special effort just for us. The food was fresh... and hot and plentiful. I had enough shrimp, enough chicken, and more than enough food. I noticed that the people serving in thefront line watched the level of food in each pan, then told the cooks what was coming up for refill. They cooked it just in timefor a refill, put it on the line. Also noticed that when the cooks walked away, there were alarms set all over the kitchen areato monitor temperature and timing and summon the cook when something needed attention. The shrimp in the shrimp with honey andwalnuts was 100% perfectly cooked. We thought the food was delicious, better than many eat-in Chinese places in the area.Wayyyyy better. Selection excellent. Service pretty quick and efficient. Price points? A real value. I'd go again anytime. Read more
Low quality service absolutely not appropriate behavior not legal, just plane abuse. This place stoled our money never gave... product, stoled 50 bucks. As well as charges people for paper cups for water, which in my opinion is considered abuse , as wellas illegal. Corporate should close this place down asap. Read more
