This place is cool and nostalgic but that?s about it. The food is bland. I?m a vegetarian so maybe it?s just the vegetarian... option but it was not good. No spice no flavor. I always bring home my leftovers from restaurants, but I couldn?t do it here. Read more

This place tries to be a Chinese food place, but it is a very American centric to its flavors. I ordered the general tso's... chicken, which was basically sweet and sour chicken. No heat, no distinction between the sweet and sour. The fried rice wasokay. The only problem is they serve the chicken extremely hot and cover it in a metal serving dish. So if your chicken sits inthis for more than 3 to 5 minutes, it turns to rubber. Read more

Hidden gem! Totally unique and nothing like this in our area. Atmosphere was so fun with Polynesian vibes. Cocktails were... fantastic food was delicious and service was spot on. There's a reason this place has been open for so long wish we would'vecome long ago. Read more

Awesome ambiance! The food was incredible. Our server was wonderful, despite being incredibly busy. Prices were less than... anticipated. Entertainment was truly enjoyable. I'll definitely be back. BTW, the drink menu is awesome as well. Read more

Fun vibe! My friends and I stopped in for celebratory cocktails and all loved the Mail Tai. Good drink, loved the glass, and the... stick of rock candy for the sugar was a cute touch. We split some appetizers as well and the egg roll was great; it came slicedfor better sharing. I'll happily return for a meal some time (and to check out all of the decor in better detail!). I have tried this restaurant several times over the years but am never impressed with the food or drinks. It has a huge local... following that must not leave Crystal lake. My wife had a Mai Tia which seems to change every time we go there. The egg rollshad the strangest crust I ever had on one. My wife had Hong Sue Har Pea pod and it was just marginal. I had the Beef MushroomKew and the gravy or sauce was like paste. I will wait 6 months and review it again. Read more
