I love tropical especially this one, but I was disappointed a few days ago. My girlfriend and i had been wait long all day and... no food due to work? we got smoothies from tropical. A sunrise sunset, and an island green. We called each other the nextmorning because BOTH of us were having a few issues in which are body wasn?t NOT agreeing with what we we had or ingested. Icalled the next morning because this clearly was abnormal and they were the only place we had all day. When I called the girlsounded apologetic but then proceeded to tell me ?well I?m in medical school and I know food poisoning needs 24 hours? !?!?! Ididn?t even assume that. All I know is my friend and I both got sick and they were the only place we had. We said we would get acall back but I never received one. This is the last place I go to when I have an issue somewhere but it was NOT resolved. Read more

Forgot to take any pictures, but ordered a couple smoothies and I wasn?t disappointed. The workers gave off a positive... atmosphere! The wait wasn?t that bad, I believe it took roughly 5-7 minutes for the two smoothies when there wasn?t anymore elsethere. Read more

I went into this place for a delivery order twice in the same day probably 20 mins from each other. The owner/manager working... march 28th in the am was super concerned about where I picked up my delivery order even when I walked in through the door and anemployee approached me to ask me before I could even get around the corner. I responded thank you have a good day and gotnothing in return. Shortly after the owner/manager made sure I knew where to pick up my delivery treating me as a child. Thankyou Lake in the Hills for being friendly unlike the crystal lake location. Read more

First time. Nice looking inside. Menu looks good. Quesadillas look great. However, I was disappointed. It was a light snack even... with a side. Mostly tortilla and very small amount of chicken. The edge of tortilla to the filling was 3 inches of nothing. Now I know. Read more

This place is amazing, it?s super clean and the staff is very friendly and nice. I placed a pickup order & wasn?t able to go... inside due to having my child with me & I called & one of the staff members was able to bring it out to me. I love this place! The smoothies are great, my personal favorite is the Blimey Limey. I didn't know they had food at first but... now I've tried just about everything on the menu. It's all so good. The service is really friendly, they actually walk out frombehind the counter to bring your smoothie to you. And fun fact. Turns out the franchisee is a local Cary mom, not some bigcorporation.
