This was our first time at Vine and Plate. They have a very nice small plate menu. Lots of different things to try. The soups... were delicious. The baked Bree cheese and goat cheese were wonderful. Everything was so fresh. The cocktail of the day, thehurricane, was powerful and refreshing. We will be coming here again and again. Read more

Visited for lunch and enjoyed the leisurely, relaxed vibe. It was perfect for a catch-up with a friend; we didn't feel rushed at... all. Great selection of wines and small plates — my friend enjoyed the Breaking Bread orange wine but had a hard timedeciding! We felt the same way about the menu and will have to come back to try some of the other interesting dishes. The bakedgoat cheese, summer melon salad (special), and citrus chicken salad were all delicious and great for sharing. We subbed salmonfor chicken since there wasn't any chicken prepped for lunch service; it was a smidge overdone but still great with the rest ofthe salad, which was full-sized and not a small plate like the melon salad special. Overall, looking forward to returning! Read more

Excellent drinks and dessert on an early Monday night, for an impromptu birthday get together. Staff were friendly and helpful.... Whiskey flight was delightful, and we enjoyed the variety of domestic and international wines. Small plate pork carnitas andsteak flatbread were very rich, a bit oil-heavy for my taste but my companion had no complaints. Apple pastry tasted heavenlyand owner took it off the bill for the birthday boy. Limited seating in a historic building, only one bathroom and parking isvery limited- across highway 14 or side street parking. Will come again! Recommend for adults, groups or singles, due to funbar atmosphere and mostly high top seating, plus the eclectic small plates will likely appeal to more adult palates. EDIT:Returned for a second visit, everything was back in stock/back on menu this time, and chicken flatbread as well as the stripedbass with rice was delicious. Upping to five stars. Read more

What a GEM! Vine and Plate is our new favorite haunt! The wine list is trim but exceptionally mighty (I don't think I've had a... single glass there I didn't enjoy) and the tapas is inspired. If you get a chance to go before they take the sea bass off themenu -- DEFINITELY make sure to try that. Also, if you have a pooch, they have a patio area and welcome well mannered dogs! :) Read more

The service here is excellent; they were busy and looked like there were only 2 people serving but Dylan checked on us... constantly to make sure we had everything we needed. I haven’t experienced that good of service at restaurants with 20employees walking around, much less 2. Dylan was also super helpful in recommending wines to us. He clearly knows his wine andgave us lots of info on the extensive wine selection they have. The food was impressive. It was very hot and fresh anddelicious. I forgot to take a picture of the baked Brie, but that totally stole the show. I’ll definitely be back. Read more
